Return Policy:
- you may send back items within 14 days for store credit/exchange
- multipleitem returns in excess of $200 will incur a 15% restocking fee
- all items must be in new condition with all tags
- shipping charge is non-refundable
To process your return, please contact us with your order number, and which items you would like to send back and we will email you a return voucher. We recommend shipping using an insured method, and please be sure to include a copy of your receipts as well as the return voucher. Please note that Penelope's is not responsible for shipping costs for returns, exchanges or items lost or damaged during transit back to us.
FAQ:
What method do you use to ship? For shipments to the United States, we typically ship via USPS priority mail or UPS ground service. UPS 2-day is available for an additional $10. To Canada and other countries, we ship with UPS. Other shipping methods available, please contact us if you would like to ship with a different method. Please note that we do not ship to post office boxes, and may not be able to ship to certain international addresses.
Can I track my order? We will provide you a tracking number once your package leaves our shop, typically within 24 hours of when you place an order.
My order is a gift, do you offer wrapping services or cards? While we do not offer gift wrap, we would be happy to ship your package with a message to its recipient and a gift receipt. Please put a note in the message field when you check out and we'll be sure it is included in the shipment.
Can you provide more sizing information? Because we stock items from many different designers, some clothing fits may vary. Items that do not run true to size are noted, but feel free to contact us for specific measurements and information.
