Shipping Policy

Penelope's ships via UPS, USPS, & FEDEX. Most domestic orders shipped via Ground Service are delivered in 3-5 business days. If you would like faster delivery please choose an expedited delivery method.

International orders are shipped via USPS international priority mail and may take up to 14 business days for delivery. Penelope’s is not responsible for any shipping delays or customs fees, which we cannot predict.

Orders are shipped within 24 hours. Orders placed over the weekend will ship the following Monday.

Holiday gifts purchased after November 20 may be returned until January 10, 2017.

    $30 or $20 for orders over $150

    UPS/FEDEX Overnight

    $50 or $40 for orders over $150

    To Canada

    USPS International Priority

     $35 or $15 for orders over $200

    To the Rest of the World

    USPS International Priority

     $40 or $20 for orders over $200

    Local Pick-Up

    All orders are available for local in-store pickup. Simply select “in-store pickup” in the shipping methods dropdown menu during checkout. We will pack up your order that same day, so that it’s ready for you to pick up at your leisure during regular store hours.


    Return Policy

    We accept returns and exchanges on all items purchased online within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in new, unworn condition with tags and other packaging materials.

    Holiday gifts purchased after November 20 may be returned until January 10, 2017. 

    Purchaser is responsible for return shipping charges. Once received, returns or exchanges will be processed within 2 days. Please note that the original shipping fees are non-refundable. Multiple item returns in excess of $500 may incur a 10% restocking fee.

    To process your return or exchange, please contact us with your order number and specific item information, and we will email you further instructions. We recommend shipping orders back via an insured method with tracking information. Please include a copy of your invoice with all parcels and send to:

    Note that Penelope’s is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

    Because Penelope’s shares inventory between our webstore and physical shop, all online orders are subject to availability. If we are regrettably unable to fulfill an online order, we we will notify you as soon as possible.

    Items purchased in our brick-and-mortar store may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 30 days of purchase.
