What method do you use to ship?
For shipments to the United States, we use USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground depending on what you order and where it’s going. To Canada and other countries, we ship with USPS international priority mail. Other shipping methods are available; please contact us if you’d like to arrange a particular or special method. Please note that we do not ship to post office boxes, and may not be able to ship to certain international addresses.
Can I track my order?
We will send you an order confirmation and tracking number once your order has been processed. Please note that tracking information is sometimes not updated, especially with international parcels once they leave U.S. borders.
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes we do, click here to purchase one. Once your gift card is processed (typically 12-18 hours) you will receive it via email as well as instructions on how to transfer or gift it.
My order is a gift; do you offer wrapping services or cards?
All orders are nicely packaged in tissue paper with twine. We are happy to include a message to the recipient and a gift receipt at your request. Please just make a note in the message field when you check out.
Can you provide more sizing information?
Because we stock items from many different designers, clothing fits vary. Please consult the charts here for general sizing equivalencies, but feel free to contact us for specific measurements and information on any item. We make every effort to note when items don’t run true to size, but sizing can vary considerably between labels and even the same line.

Where exactly are you located? How do I get there?
Our brick-and-mortar store is located in the Wicker Park/Ukrainian Village neighborhood of Chicago, which is northwest of the Loop. We’re accessible by car, taxi and public transportation. By the L train, get off at the Division blue line CTA station and walk west on Division St. for a couple blocks; it’s about an 8 minute walk. By bus, take the #70 Division bus and get off at Wood St. By car, exit I90/94 at Division Street and head west for ½ mile.
