RETURN POLICY
We accept returns and exchanges on all items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in new, unworn condition with tags and other packaging materials. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. Once received, returns or exchanges will be processed within 2 days. Please note that the original shipping fees are non-refundable. Multiple item returns in excess of $350 may incur a 15% restocking fee.

To process your return or exchange, please contact us with your order number and specific item information, and we will email you further instructions. We recommend shipping orders back via an insured method with tracking information. Please include a copy of your invoice with all parcels and send to:

Because Penelope’s shares inventory between our webstore and physical shop, all online orders are subject to availability. If we are regrettably unable to fulfill an online order, we we will notify you as soon as possible.
